It is the responsibility of the fabricator, dealer or distributor to thoroughly inspect and approve the products prior to any fabrication and installation. Fabricators are required to perform detailed inspection of the slabs at the time of the purchase and prior to fabrication. This Limited Warranty does not cover any installed product with a visible manufacturing defect.
This Limited Warranty covers the replacement of any defective material. It does not cover labor, removal, fabrication, or installation of material. It does not covers supplemental repairs or modifications to the areas adjoining Prizma Quartz products installation. It does not covers seam appearance or performance, improper workmanship performed by any fabricator or installer or improper design.
This Limited Warranty covers Prizma Quartz products that have been maintained in accordance with the Care & Maintenance Guide provided. It does not cover chips, scratches, color variation, and damage caused by chemical abuse, thermal shock, exposure to ultraviolet light, improper use or neglect.
This Limited Warranty does not cover damages or injuries caused by acts of God, structural movement, vandalism, or job site conditions. It does not cover flooring applications.
Prizma Quartz is made of natural quartz and it may present variations in color, shade, pattern and grain size. Samples of the product may differ from the actual slab. Spots or blemishes less than 16mm (5/8) are a natural part of the manufacturing process, they are not considered flaws and are not covered under the warranty.
This Limited Warranty is not transferable and expires upon transfer of ownership of the property to subsequent owners of your home.
| After installation within thirty (30) days you must register your product in order to validate your warranty. You must complete the online form made available at http://www.prizmaquartz.com/warranty and upload a copy of the Original Invoice or Original Receipt proving it was paid and showing the names of owner, Authorized Dealer or a Prizma Quartz Certified Fabricator and date of purchase. Prizma Quartz, LLC. will honor this warranty in full. Owner must cooperate with Prizma Quartz Authorized Dealer or Authorized Agent to inspect the product in order to activate de warranty.
To make a claim under this warranty, the residence owner must submit a written claim to the entity where Prizma Quartz was purchased along with proof of purchase showing the name of the owner who purchased the product within thirty (30) days of the failure of the product. This warranty is void without proof of purchase. Prizma Quartz makes no other warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, with respect to its products, except as expressly stated herein. |
